NBC WXIA 11Alive Honors Sherri Jefferson: 2014 11 Who Care Community Service Award Recipient

On April 26, 2014, NBC Affiliate WXIA 11 Alive honored Attorney Sherri Jefferson as the founder of the African-American Juvenile Justice Project. The televised program was hosted by Brenda Wood.

Keith Whitney interviewed Sherri Jefferson about the AAJJP and the 6Ps program, which includes two tracks Criminal Justice and Mental Health. The 6Ps program includes the role of parents, pastors, principals, police, prosecutors, and police and draws together shareholders and stakeholders to address issues that impact the African American community and society as a whole.
